We understand the concern surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak and we’d like to assure all current and future customers that we are handling the virus seriously, but calmly. Our first priority is still our customers, staff, professionally handling repair needs and keeping customers connected to loved ones.

We are taking the necessary in-shop precautions to ensure that both you and our staff remain safe during these times. This includes disinfecting devices upon entry and exit from our shop, keeping surfaces clean and routinely wiped down, practicing proper hygiene and sending home employees that are sick.

We are also limiting the customers in our waiting area. We encourage you to drop off and pick up your device as opposed to waiting inside.

We have always and continue to offer a pick up and delivery service for devices for an additional fee. Please call us if you are interested in utilizing this service.

Due to some shortage with replacement parts we are strongly encouraging customers to call ahead regarding their repair needs. This way we can make sure inventory is available for your device.
